"Honesty"

It is one thing to tell Jokes or to possess an admirable sense of Humor. But what about Liars, otherwise those who deny being honest or the one's who don't tell the Truth. Shouldn't People who Lie be expose? Who doesn't agree with me ? Or would you rather not open the can of worms? Or simply allow 'Sleeping Dogs Sleep'?
